Stretch & Breathwork — Kami Kirmitsis of The Yoga Place leads you back into your body.

Guided Visualization & Deep Work — Journaling, reflection, and the inner work that only happens when you finally give yourself permission.

Intention Bottle Creation — A tangible ritual to seal your intention and take home what you are calling in.
